A new category in urban mining
LiGenerate developed a proprietary Solid State Reduction™ process that uses low-cost, continuously recycled reagents to convert transition-metal compounds directly into high-purity metals.
Unlike pyrometallurgical or acid-based hydrometallurgical methods, Solid State Reduction™ produces metallic phases directly within LiGen Cell™, a single-step reactor that operates at room temperature and completes metal extraction within hours.

LiGen Cell can scale from a single TPA (ton per annum) to thousands of TPA using the same chemistry and architecture.
